THE 1808 FROM BRIDGNORTH

Two hundred years ago the first fare-paying passenger train ran on a circular track in London

The locomotive, named 'Catch me who can' was built in Bridgnorth

Trevithick 200 is the charity formed by a group of enthusiasts to celebrate the bicentenary of this event and to stimulate greater interest in our unique local history

We are building a full size working replica locomotive here in Bridgnorth, near the site of the original foundry.
